Rules and Regulations

These are the rules and regulations for the Send your Art to Space by India's First Private Orbital Launch Vehicle Competition. If you have More questions, please check FAQ's

  1. Participants must Submit their Original Art by the specified Deadline

  2. Entries must be submitted in Digital Format and adhere to the theme specified by SCC

  3. By Submitting their Art, Participants agree to grant SCC joint intellectual Property rights to the submitted art work. This includes, right to reproduce, distribute and display the Art work in Promotional Materials and on Company Owned platforms.

  4. The Company will not be held liable for any injury or damage caused by the participants during the competition. Participants are responsible for ensuring their own safety and the safety of other and safety of the art while creating and submitting the drawings.

  5. The Company will appoint a panel of Judges to review and evaluate all submitted drawings. The judges decision will be final and binding.

  6. The Company will award Prizes to the winners of the art competition. The Prizes will be determined by the company and might include, cash, gift cards or company or collaborators brand merchandise. The company reserves the rights to use participants name, likenesses and submitted drawings in promotional material related to the competition.

  7. The Company reserves the rights to publicly exhibit and display the drawings in physical or digital formats with proper attribution to the artists.

  8. The company reserves the right to modify or amend the rules and regulations of the competition, at any time without prior notice.

  9. By participating in the competition, the participants agree to comply to all rules and regulations set forth by the company.

  10. The company will communicate with the participants through official channels, such as designated email address or secured online platform to ensure the security and privacy of participants' personal information.

  11. The company will handle participants personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

  12. Participants personal data will only be used for purpose of drawing competition and will not be shared with Third parties without consent.

  13. If public voting is involved, the company will ensure that the voting process is fair and transparent. Any fraudulent or manipulated votes will result in disqualification.

  14. Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsman like manner throughout the competition.

  15. The Company will establish a process of handling disputes or grievance related to the drawing competition.

  16. This may include appointing a neutral mediator or arbitrator to resolve conflicts.

  17. By submitting the Drawing the Participants acknowledge that they understand and accept the risks associated with the art competition and are not going to absolve the company from any responsibility for injuries or damages incurred during the competition.

  18. The company will disclose any sponsorship or endorsement relationships related to the drawing competition, ensuring transparency and compliance with advertising standards and regulations.

  19. The competition may be open to participants of any age range such as children, teens or adults.
